Can I call for support?

Delivery support is available from Sun to Wed 11AM – 8PM / Thu to Sat 11AM – 9PM PT via phone at (510)929-8300.

Is Blaze Delivery licensed?

Blaze holds licenses for recreational adult and medical cannabis sale and delivery. Licenses are only given out to dispensaries that are compliant with California’s Bureau of Cannabis Control. These licenses ensure that you are receiving product that is legally held to current regulations.

Can anybody order for delivery?

Yes, if you are 21+ years of age and have valid ID. Delivery requires that you create a Blaze account. (It’s free!) You can create an account easily online.

What type of ID is required?

Your state driver’s license, state identification card, or passport can work as a valid form of identification.

Is there an order minimum?

Yes. All orders must meet a minimum order amount based on delivery location.

What is your delivery range?

We deliver in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We only accept cash for delivery orders. If paying with cash, exact change is appreciated. Drivers carry minimal change. 

Do I have to create an account to order delivery?

Yes, you will be able to create your account at checkout. It’s free!

Can I change the phone number on my account?

Yes. Please email us at [email protected], and we can help you update your account’s phone number.

How long will my order take?

Delivery time depends on time of day and location.

Can I pre-order and set the time of my delivery?

At this time, no. Orders will be fulfilled in real-time during set delivery hours.

How can I track my order?

Once we have assigned your order to a driver, you will receive an text SMS notification that will allow you to follow the driver’s route! We do our best to leave you informed while not inundating you with too many notifications.

Can i change my delivery address once I have already ordered?

No, our driver will head to the destination you entered when you placed your order. Make sure you’re there to receive it!

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Blaze will review defective product claims (RMA‘s) on a case by case basis. If you have received a defective product please notify our team via email within 48 hours, [email protected]

If your RMA is approved we will swap the defective product for you at no additional charge. The defective item must be surrendered upon the exchange in unused condition.

Blaze Delivery does not make any representation or warranty with respect to any products that are sold. All product warranties if applicable are provided by the original manufacturer and not Blaze Delivery. Manufacturers have final discretion in all warranty or RMA claims.

Can I tip the driver?

You may, but it is not our standard policy. Our drivers are compensated fairly.

Can I get delivery to my workplace?

As long as your work is cool with it, we’ll be there!

Are your menu's THC percentages accurate?

We try our absolute hardest to post accurate THC percentages for our members. We cannot guarantee that the site’s listed THC percent is accurate due to the many batches of products that we receive weekly, if you would like to know the exact percentage before ordering feel free to give us a ring or shoot us a text to verify before ordering.

Are my neighbors/colleagues all going to know that I just ordered pot?

Our delivery car is a discreet vehicle with no external branding or messaging.

How much weed do I need to throw a party for four friends?

Well that all depends on your friends … but please note that we are only allowed to deliver to the person who placed the delivery order.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

You are responsible for being present for deliveries. Missed deliveries may lead to termination of your account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
